Customers may pick up their orders from our Concord/Vaughan, Ontario location.

Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Orders should be collected within 7 business days of this notice. If additional time is needed, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist before any further action is taken.

Standard Delivery

Orders selected for delivery will be shipped using one of our trusted delivery partners.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves our facility. If you need to update your delivery address or provide special instructions, please contact us as soon as possible.

For security reasons, the person receiving the delivery must be of legal age.

Care Plus Delivery (Toronto & GTA Only)

Our Care Plus Delivery Service is thoughtfully designed for customers who value comfort, peace, and extra care when receiving their mobility equipment.

This service includes delivery on a scheduled date, gentle in-home setup, and a basic safety check to ensure your equipment is ready to use with confidence. Pricing varies by product and will be available to you at checkout.

After your order is placed, a caring member of the Motion Care Mobility team will contact you to arrange a delivery time that works best for you or your loved one.

On the day of delivery, our specialist will:

• Deliver your equipment between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

• Carefully bring the item into your home

• Unpack and assemble the equipment

• Perform a basic function and safety check

• Remove all packaging materials

This service is ideal for seniors, caregivers, and families who want peace of mind and a supportive, worry-free setup experience.
