Refund & Return Policy

We understand that choosing mobility and healthcare equipment is important. Our return policy is designed to balance fairness, safety, and hygiene while supporting our customers as best we can.

Final Sale Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Used or assembled products

  • Bathroom safety items (such as commodes, shower chairs, and raised toilet seats)

  • Mattresses, cushions, and personal care products

  • Custom or special-order items

Returns (When Eligible)

Unused, unopened, and unassembled items may be eligible for return within 15 days of delivery, with prior approval.

To help us assist you smoothly:

  • Items must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Please contact us before sending anything back

Restocking Fees

Some approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 20%, depending on the product and supplier policies. We’ll always let you know in advance.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos. We’ll work with you promptly to make things right.

Warranty Support

Many products include a manufacturer’s warranty. We’re happy to guide you on how to proceed with warranty claims when applicable.
